Ohhh how I resist change. Even though I 𝒦𝓃𝑜𝓌 that every single change that has taken place for me has eventually made a positive impact ✨✨✨
We can’t just stay frozen like a rock in the ground and expect a different outcome 🤷🏼♀️
Sure- it feels safe to stay where we are and sometimes the thought of change is so gosh darn overwhelming that it exhausts us before we even have a chance to make the first move but we must start to remember that 𝒩𝑜𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒸𝒽𝒶𝓃𝑔𝑒𝓈 𝒾𝒻 𝓃𝑜𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒸𝒽𝒶𝓃𝑔𝑒𝓈
Start small. Start today. Our phones are in our hands 90% of the day- google a few things that could help you start the process of whatever it is that you want to change.
We are constantly evolving and we need to allow ourselves to be fluid and move with the universe 🌎
